Noni

"Noni Leaf" Kauai, HI

The noni fruit to many is bland and has an unpleasant smell. It is most often consumed as a fruit juice, although parts of the fruit, such as the leaves and the pulp, are also known to have healing benefits. On the islands the entire tree of the Noni plant is used including the stems, bark, leaves flowers and roots.

Health Benefits: Rich in Antioxidants, Contains
Anti Inflammatory and Anti Cancer Properties, Boost Immunity, Moderates Stress levels, Improves Digestion, Naturally Increases Energy, and Prevents Liver Damage.

I prefer to use noni in a powder or tea form opposed to the juice most commonly seen in many health food stores. Both the tea and powder are sold on site listed below as well as more information on the benefits of noni.
